Friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped with all you need from heating a meal to clean up afterwards. Shower was refreshing with plenty of hot water and awesome pressure...like standing under a waterfall!

Finding a pet-friendly hotel like this was such a relief. The staff was warm, the room was spacious, and our pet felt right at home. Ken’s hospitality at check-in made the stay even better. We’ll definitely return!

I mean, it's fine. You should understand what you're getting into at this price point. My room was clean, but did not have the desk that was shown in the booking photo, which was a huge pain in the neck for trying to eat or get work done. I loved the little kitchen. I could hear every word coming from the connected door room next to mine. Room across from me was definitely smoking, the smell of which leaked into the hall. My teammates' rooms were nicer than mine, even though we were supposed to be in the same room category. No mold or bugs found in my room. Management did an OK job clearing the parking lot of snow. FYI, no breakfast. Sundries shop is very small. Water bottles $3. Free laundry room. Housekeeping comes once per week. Bed was very comfortable and climate control worked fine.

This hotel is perfect for extended stays. The kitchen setup was great, and the lending locker was such a useful bonus. We borrowed board games, extra cooking pans, and even a small appliance. Ken was amazing at check-in and helped us choose everything we needed from the locker. Truly excellent service!

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly, made check-in fast and easy, and ensured I had everything I needed to settle in. Throughout my stay, Amanda consistently went above and beyond—answering questions promptly, offering helpful guidance, and handling requests with professionalism and genuine care. Her hospitality felt personal, not scripted, and it made a noticeable difference in the overall comfort of my visit. She was patient, attentive, and solution-oriented, which is exactly what you hope for when traveling. The property itself was clean, quiet, and convenient, but Amanda’s customer service is what truly elevated this stay from good to memorable. Candlewood Suites is fortunate to have her, and I’ll absolutely choose this location again because of her support and kindness. Highly recommended

Fantastic Stay in Hershey! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. Lisette at the front desk was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole property was well cared for. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything even better. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hershey area!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Ken was very welcoming at check-in and ensured we had a smooth stay. Room 215, the large king suite, was huge, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. Ken’s excellent service combined with the suite’s comfort made our visit perfect.
